to run the non-dmg cap u got by donating,
first u have to right click on the non-dmgcap
[VISTA User] Non Dmg Cap for Donators ONLY 69133594.th

go to propertise,
[VISTA User] Non Dmg Cap for Donators ONLY Step2wsa


on the 2ndor 3rd tab, "compatible"
check the run on xp and run as administrator
and click the "Show all setting for user"
[VISTA User] Non Dmg Cap for Donators ONLY Step3j

do the same thing
apply, save
[VISTA User] Non Dmg Cap for Donators ONLY Step4x


and ur ready to use press F9 and enjoy~

I used to live in New York, but moved here back in '05
I might just buy one of those VISA cards the Donator Page talks about and donate that way. I saw one at WalMart yesterday.
